Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy. Dried herbs but with a hint of humidity. Star anis. Vanilla creeps in. Touch of sugar candy. Boiled celery.
Palate: Sweet then abruptly bitter. The same grassiness as on the nose; aniseed, mint and a hint of almond skin.
Finish: Bitter,acrid.
Comment: The grassy profile of this whisky is too much.
