Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Resinous. Pine needles warmed by the sun. Gets creamier on time. Butterscotch. Vanilla crème brûlée. Ahint of liquorice.
Palate: Smooth. Well balanced. Apples cooked in cider. Getting gingery.
Finish: Dry,crisp.Spicy
Comment: A good deliveryof oak and fruit, well combined. Quite a spicy character.
