New spirits experience and e-commerce platform Bevridge has launched with a tasting pack to showcase its partnership with premier whisky tasting event Whisky Live.
US-based company Bevridge curates luxury spirit tasting kits for at-home use and events, and screens weekly video panel discussions with big names from the spirits industry on subjects from terroir to tastings. It was announced as the US and Canada partner for Whisky Live earlier in 2021.
Bevridge's inaugural pack, American Single Malts by Whisky Live, features samples from some of the most respected single malt producers in the US including Westland, Balcones, Virginia Distillery Company, Boulder Spirits, Santa Fe Spirits and Westward.
As American single malt edges closer to recognition as an official spirit category in the US, Bevridge says there is no better time to get acquainted with distillers that are showcasing the best of this burgeoning whiskey style.
Each American Single Malts by Whisky Live kit - sold in partnership with ReserveBar - includes 10 x 50ml bottles and an informal brochure where whiskey fans can learn about the featured products. All recipients will also have access to a live guided digital tasting, led by Bevridge co-founder and owner of @SingleMaltDaily, Nate Ganapathi, with the distillers themselves and other industry leaders.
Future kits from Bevridge are expected to explore whisk(e)y subcategories from around the world, as well as other spirits such as gin, Tequila and Cognac.
