On Friday, 8 October 2021 at 7pm, guests will be invited to a dinner which aims to bring to life the Twenty-Five Year Old, from ingredient to glass, in a forest-like space created within Knightsbridge department store Harvey Nichols.
Curated and presented by chef Emily Roux of Notting Hill restaurant Caractère, the six-course event will feature a selection of dishes including a smoked beetroot tartelette, fresh Scottish langoustines tartare and roast venison.

The Balvenie Twenty-Five is the latest release in the Rare Marriages collection. Aged for 25 years, the natural-colour, non-chill-filtered single malt is billed as the epitome of building exceptional flavour through the marriage of rare casks, offering notes of fruit, oak, honey and spices.
To mark the release of this new expression, The Balvenie has also collaborated with a renowned paper quilling artist, Yulia Brosdskaya. Her three-dimensional artwork will be on display at Harvey Nichols as a full window display for the month of October.
Tickets for Emily Roux’s dinner can be purchased for £45.00 here. Each ticket will be redeemable against £45.00 off a purchase of The Balvenie Twenty-Five from Harvey Nichols (47.8% ABV, RRP £600).
