Ingredients
50ml Ardbeg Wee Beastie
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
½ egg white
15ml red wine
Method
Shake all ingredients except the red wine over cubed ice, double strain into a glass, and drizzle the red wine on top.
