This week's cocktail selection comes from Irish whiskey brand Spot Whiskey's current World Art Day campaign. Spot Whiskey has partnered with art studios and hospitality venues across London, appearing on menus and through events.

As part of the activation, Spot Whiskey is on the menu at restaurant Bluebird Chelsea this month through the Maid in Ireland cocktail, which features its flagship whiskey Green Spot paired with fresh and floral flavours. 

Ingredients:
50ml Green Spot
25ml elderflower cordial
25ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup

2 slices cucumber

Method:
Muddle one slice of cucumber in shaker, then add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a tumbler glass. Garnish with the second slice of cucumber.
