Cocktail of the Week: The Boston Orchard

The Boston Bakers share a 'signature serve' for autumn

We are well and truly into apple season — the October calendar is filled with ‘Apple Days’; crumbles, cakes and pies made with this versatile fruit fill our kitchens.

The Boston Bakers, who produce a non-chill-filtered, natural-colour blended Irish whiskey from a mix of stout, sherry and bourbon barrels, shared this simple but delicious autumnal cocktail recipe with us.

Ingredients

50ml The Boston Bakers Irish Whiskey
Cloudy apple juice
Slice of apple
Cinnamon stick

Method

Measure the whiskey into a highball glass with ice and top with apple juice to taste. Garnish with the apple and cinnamon stick.
