Mixing something up for a loved one this Valentine's Day? To help you decide how to serve your whisky for the 14th February, we've selected three cocktails. From a fruity cowboy-inspired highball, to a sophisticated Espresso Martini, to a spicy strawberry muddle, we've got you covered.
Cowboy Valentine
Ingredients:
- 40ml Brush Creek Bourbon
- 120ml blood orange soda
Method:
- Mix over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with orange peel.

WXC Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 40ml Woven Whisky WXC
- 10ml Drambuie
- 10ml fresh espresso
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake hard over ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a single coffee bean.

Sweet & Spicy
Ingredients:
45ml Four Roses Small Batch
15ml lime juice
2 strawberries, sliced
2–3 jalapeño slices
90ml ginger beer
Spicy barbecue rub
Method:
Rim glass with spicy barbecue rub. Combine lime juice, bourbon, strawberries, and jalapeños in glass. Muddle. Add ice and ginger beer. Swizzle or stir to incorporate. Garnish with a lime wheel.
