DS Tayman is creating a vision to offer something different and memorable to family, friends and fellow imbibers. The independent Scotch single malt bottler has spent time travelling around Scotland in search of carefully matured casks from remote spots, ready to pair each cask with a special wine finish.

The brand has taken its creativity across the board with its two new expressions, from the design and packaging, to the educational information supplied with each whisky.

The first two releases from DS Tayman’s single malt Scotch selection are from Caol Ila, in the form of a 10-year-old bottling, and Linkwood Distillery in the form of a 12-year-old bottling, catering to both smooth- and peat-lover’s palates. Both of the expressions are available at an ABV of 46%.

Aged in Galil Mountain wine barrels, each expression has a unique maturation that has never been experienced before. Due to this aforementioned maturation, each expression also benefits from being supervised kosher, carrying certification from three different supervisory bodies.

Commenting on the launch, co-founder Danny Saltman said: “Having been in the drinks business nearly twenty years, I am delighted to have finally brought DS Tayman to market. We have already selected more distilleries to work with going forward, so look out for even more bright tubes on the shelves in the months ahead.”
