This year’s vintage is limited to 2,346 bottles worldwide. Each bottle is numbered and signed by the company’s co-founder and managing director - Bernard Walsh. The Irishman Vintage Cask 2019 edition is the 11th release since 2008, when it was the first triple-distilled cask strength Irish whiskey released in more than half a century.

The Irishman Vintage Cask is a marriage of single pot still and single malt, matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, non chill-filtered and cut to 54% ABV. It was bottled in July 2019.

Describing the edition, Bernard Walsh said: “We are fortunate that our annual Vintage Cask releases are keenly pursued and are seen as collector’s items so, with just 2,346 bottles across seven countries, they will be prized-possessions for whomever secures one”.

The Irishman Vintage Cask 2019 is available on a very limited basis in just seven countries including Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain & Northern Ireland and the USA. It is also available in Travel Retail Dublin and Cork Airport.
