Laphroiag has put out a casting call to fans. The Islay distillery is creating a short film to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its Friends of Laphroaig community.
Launched in 1994, the Friends of Laphroaig community spans globally and encapsulates thousands of Laphroaig-loving members.
The distillery is looking for community members who have a story to share about Laphroaig. Applicants will complete a form via Laphroaig’s website, and submit a 60-second video of their stories and memories related to the brand.
The submissions will be evaluated, and select applicants will be invited for interview. Laphroaig plans to select its final cast for the short film by the end of June.
In order to apply, applicants must have been a member of Friends of Laphroaig for a minimum of 12 months and be at least 25 years old.
Applications are open now until 12 May. For full terms and conditions and how to apply, visit the Laphroaig website.
