The Glenlivet has unveiled its latest collection of limited-release Single Cask Edition malt whiskies in travel retail locations worldwide.
This latest collection comprises 15 casks from an inventory aged between 16 and 27 years old, which will be available in travel retailers at 11 locations including Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Dubai, the UK and USA.
Every year the whisky experts at The Glenlivet select a handful of casks to be crowned as Single Cask Editions, which gives them a coveted status among some whisky connoisseurs. Consumers are advised to move quickly to snap up one of these special releases - as few as 200 bottles have been released from some casks.
The Glenlivet master distiller, Alan Winchester, said: "Demand for rare, prestigious and collectable single malts is increasing every year; that's why The Glenlivet Single Cask Edition was created to offer consumers a rare and distinctive tasting experience."
