Rothes Glen is going to be hosting three different Whisky Magazine events throughout next week — Thursday 30 April, Friday 1 May, and Saturday 2 — and all three offer the opportunity for some delicious food.
Whisky Magazine Luxury Whisky Pairing Masterclass
Guests will taste a selection of exceptional Speyside whiskies, as well as the Whisky Magazine’s 2025 Editor’s Blend, all paired with a selection of delicious food bites.
Guided by Whisky Magazine editor Bradley Weir, the tasting will explore the craftsmanship, character, and complexity behind some of the region’s finest drams. Expect fascinating insights and flavour combinations that will surprise even seasoned whisky lovers.

Whisky Magazine Gourmet Dinner
In partnership with the family-run Glenfarclas Distillery, the evening will be hosted by master distiller Callum Fraser, offering expert insights into the artistry, heritage, and craftsmanship behind some of Speyside’s finest whiskies.
Guests will be treated to a carefully curated multi-course gourmet dinner crafted by award-winning in-house chef Alan Robertson, whose exquisite and imaginative creations are perfectly paired with premium whiskies from Glenfarclas. From rare expressions to classic favourites.

Whisky Magazine Gourmet Barbecue
The last of the events comes once again from chef Alan and editor Bradley. Together, they will be enjoying the company of guests with an out-of-this-world gourmet barbecue featuring fresh, flavourful dishes.
Drams have been carefully curated to perfectly pair with the food on offer.
