Regarding his nomination, Schrieberg said: “One of the joys of whisky is that there is always so much more to discover about this excellent drink. Whisky Magazine has provided me with a phenomenal platform to be able to explore how the industry and production have developed over time, what that has meant for flavour, and whisky's relationship with wider communities around the world. As a whisky writer, what more could you ask for?"
The Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards celebrate the very best writers, broadcasters and personalities, with the winners determined by a panel of expert judges. Moving into the 10th year of the awards, the winners in each category will receive a trophy, a hamper supplied by Fortnum & Mason and a bottle of their very own vintage champagne.
