Stefan van Eycken

Stefan Van Eycken grew up in Belgium and Scotland, before moving to Japan in 2000. He is the chief editor of Nonjatta, the foremost web resource on Japanese whisky; regional editor (Japan) for Whisky Magazine; and regularly contributes to a variety of whisky-related publications. He is the man behind the Ghost series, an ongoing collection of rare Japanese whiskies, and the bi-annual charity event Spirits for Small Change. His book Whisky Rising, the most comprehensive work on Japanese whisky in print, will be out in March 2017.
