Tasting notes
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Red boiled sweets, summer fruits, banana and coconut, almost tropical. Butter and maple syrup. An IHOP where they serve Scotch.
Palate: Delicate and soft, it gives cream soda at first, followed by coconut water and white flowers. The red sweets have become lighter, white ones and there is some sugar sweetness.
Finish: A hint of bitterness is hidden behind a complex and well-balanced dram.
Comment: A super easy-drinking dram which, aside from the final bitterness, is quite wonderful.

Taster   Chris Goodrum
Nose: Fragrant barley and honey, peanuts and hints of lime, gooseberry and greengage. Showing some age with a delightful, subtle, dusty oak character. With time, hints of minerals, toffee and cream.
Palate: Soft and gentle with moist apricot, honey and barley. Good depth with lightly dusty American oak and hints of clotted cream, toffee and balancing citrus.
Finish: Long and very citric with an almost grainy/mineral bite in the finish.
Comment: A pleasant, mellow, mature whisky.
