Tasting notes

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Warm olive oil, some exotic fruits, parma ham, fruit and nut chocolate.
Palate: A big ball of sweet spices, cinnamon, hazelnut and more juicy fruits.
Finish: Keeps going, warms the sides of the mouth with spices.
Comment: What an excellent result for such an interesting experiment.

Nose: Slightly oily, with olives, roasted peanuts and pineapple cubes.
Palate: Peach and vanilla, powerful spices.
Finish: Relatively long, spicy and warming.
Comment: Amrut are doing some really interesting work right now.
