Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Concentrated scents.Creamy almond (blancmange).A lovely floral haze floats on the fruit. Orange blossom.Quince jelly. The citrussy perfume creeps through.Lemon curd. Vanilla sponge cake.
Palate: Velvety, deep and sweet. Buttery. Cherry plum pie, served warm with a lemony custard. So rewarding.
Finish: Long, sensuous, with a teasing fizzy feel. Soft spices.
Comment: A superb dram. Can replace a full sweet chariot! So indulging.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean, grassy with sweet notes of William pear and angelica. Crisp, balanced aromas.
Palate: More substance than the nose suggests with a precise sweetness to start. The grassiness takes hold before a mix of tingling ripe fruits carry it along to the finish.
Finish: Gentle,soft. Clean.
Comment: Takes water nicely. A real fun summery mouthful.Session dram.
