Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Lemony, flowery, honeyed, grassy, peaty.
Palate: Soft, smooth, malty. Lightly creamy. Some good Speyside fruity-flowery flavours.
Finish: Flowery dry.
Comment: Light but pleasant, with some delicacy and complexity.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light gold. Unreduced it shows fruit cake, heather and apricot. With water a strange fizzy quality appears. Sherbet dab, heather-honey and light smoke.
Palate: The fizziness continues on the palate. There are some sherry notes, but oak dominates.
Finish: Oaky and dry.
Comment: No great distinguishing features.
