Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet and thick with concentrated fruits, hints of toffee and then a fruitiness that starts as raspberry and moves towards peach. With water becomes sweet with a light smokiness. Alcohol in balance.
Palate: Similarly concentrated as the nose, with more of a chocolate-covered nuttiness. The smokiness manifests itself as a burnt element.
Finish: Long slightly citric and lightly peaty, with a final kiss of tropical fruit.
Comment: Well balanced and sweet.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: The alcohol bite is intense. Dried apricots, touch of honey. Grassy. Angelica and lemon balm. Smoke in the distance.
Palate: Sweet at first then releasing a sour note. Exotic fruit. Guava and passion fruit. Dried apple skin. Very spicy. Chili.
Finish: Warm, spicy and dry.
Comment: Soothed with a dash of water. If you program this dram for a wake up call, you will soon be on your feet!
