Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intensely malty. Hay loft. Meadow flowers. Custard. With a farm note like a warm cowshed. Lemon juice.
Palate: Satin-like. Very smooth and sweet. Lots of cereals. Muesli with nuts and raisins. Touch of lemon curd. Peppermint.
Finish: Dry and minty.
Comment: Very fresh and clean whisky. A dash of water brings in fruity flavours.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A clean and quite milky aroma like fresh goat's cheese (this is good) alongside flowers, lemon, cut grass and general freshness.
Palate: Clean and precise with a delicious fizzy, sherberty quality that with water moves into elderflower blossom and a thick sweetness.
Finish: Creamy.
Comment: Good to have samples from The Laddie again and showing it is clearly in fine form.
