Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: A bit spirity. But a nice toffeish note which casts in some sweetness. Dry hay,An earthy hint. Greengages. Acreamy touch, with a hint of peach.
Palate: Crisp, firm. Spices burst out and tease the palate, even burning the tongue.
Finish: Warm,dry,numbing
Comment: Alcohol is too assertive. Water eases the burning sensation and gives an oily feel.
