Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Fragrant. Icing sugar, freesia, lemon, wood shavings (becoming like balsa wood), light vanilla. Hint of plasticene behind. Becomes drier, but still with cut flower stems, jasmine.
Palate: Very sweet. Gooseberry, green apple, just ripe melon. An interesting mix of fragrant flowers, light spice and firm oakiness. Holds well in glass.
Finish: Slightly grippy.
Comment: Fragrant and fine. A Caperdonich? I'm amazed.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Figs.
Palate: Like eating a fresh fig. Seedy. Sweet. Crystalised fruits, sprayed with sugar. Fig Newtons. Biscuity. Floury. Dusty. Falls away.
Finish: Stingingly warming.
Comment: Promises more than it delivers. Try it with sweet Turkish coffee or espresso.
