Tasting notes
Taster   Jim Murray
Nose: Wow! Sumptuous barley, healthy smokiness.
Palate: Fat and fantastic! Lovely honey sweetness.
Finish: Long and continually malty with some soft smokiness lingering.
Comment: A full-blooded Highlander. Another gem from a usually first-class bottler.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Hint of the sea.
Palate: Textured, sweet, mustardy, iron iodine salty. Very lively. Lots of flavour development. Light but warm smokiness.
Finish: Salty. Long. Stinging. Very appetising indeed.
