Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Edible seaweed. Estery. Fruity. Children's sweets. Jelly beans.
Palate: Lightly syrupy. Rose-water, sweet lemons, coconut.
Finish: Late saltiness. Cedary balancing dryness.
Comment: Clean, fresh and refreshing. A whisky for the beach?

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Soft and mealy with aromas on the orange/lemon side. There's some chocolate, cereal, dry grass and a sulphury note.
Palate: Light and soft with sweet vanilla mid-palate. Iced Gems and cake.
Finish: Gentle.
Comment: Has more substance than the nose suggests. Subtle.
