Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Delicate, floral. A mix of gorse and gillyflowers. Some freesia too maybe. Jasmine tea. Followed by citrus and custardy aromas. Enticing. A soft cereal note. Water enhances grassy notes.
Palate: Smooth. Thin velvet. A lovely fresh aniseed and creamy profile. Dries outon spices and almond.
Finish: Drier but still creamy. Medium long.
Comment: A luscious whisky, clean, lively and fresh. A midsummer night dram?
8.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: White bread and pine with some mintiness, tangerine peel and bluebells. Becomes slightly lactic with water.
Palate: Milk-soaked bread with raisins and a bit too much cinnamon and nutmeg for my taste. Some will love this. For me it's lost balance.
Finish: Condensed milk.
Comment: A love or hate dram.
