Tasting notes
Taster   Joe Bates
Nose: Transports me instantly to an olde worlde sweet shop –heaps of marzipan and toffee fudge sweetness.
Palate: Strawberry jam and stone fruit flavours initially; then a hint of dry oak spices things up.
Finish: Long and jammy finish with a little dry oak at the last.
Comment: A fruity sherry-style whisky with plenty of depth to recommend it in my book.
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Slightly perfumed, with a vaguely earthy smooth undertone.
Palate: Smooth and spicy. Orchard fruits and a hint of soy sauce.
Finish: Medium to long, with black pepper.
Comment: Interesting combination of aromas and flavours.
