Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Fruitier. Orange. Clotted cream. Vanilla. Sponge.
Palate: Candied citrus peels. Zest of orange and lemon.
Finish: Marmalade-like bitterness. Orange bitters.
Comment: Bittersweet, sophisticated.

Nose: A bit dull to start. Faded maltiness. Wood.
Palate: The wood is now beginning to dominate what seems to be essentially a light spirit.
Finish: Very woody. Tannic.
Comment: A quick-maturing spirit that needs to be watched like a hawk.
