Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet ginger, almond, pencil shavings, lychee with a slightly charred wood edge. With water some light florals, honeycomb and fennel.
Palate: More of a palate performer, lots of rooty violet and nutmeg with little touches of sweet spice. Frisky and effervescent and needs a little water to calm it down.
Finish: Whittled sticks and energetic.
Comment: Great balance and liveliness.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Light, grassy. A rubbery note in the back. Warm tyre. A butyric hint too but not prevailing though water exacerbates it. Distant smoke, like a dying bonfire far away. With water, fresh lemon juice.
Palate: Crisp and dry. The smoke is more present. Vanilla syrup.
Finish: Dry, slightly biscuity.
Comment: A decent dram, refreshing and light. But nothing exciting. Water gives it abit more thickness.
