Tasting notes

Taster Joel Harrison

Nose: Bergamot, Banoffee pie, fresh cooked pasta drizzled with truffle oil, more banana and vanilla. A fresh, Bourbon-esque nose.
Palate: Fresh peaches, banana again, banana milk shake, milk chocolate, some honey and oats. An easy palate that would work well sipping and mixing, but is not too challenging.
Finish: Vanilla and honey.
Comment: Cunningly released at the same time as the new Coldplay album, this is easy drinking to compliment easy listening.

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Spicy and floral. Heady flowers like gardenia. A strange chewing gum aroma, close to strawberry gum. In the back, cooked banana.
Palate: Sweet, smooth. Somewhat watery. And the 'flambé banana'
Finish: Short, lightly spiced.
Comment: A very strange aromatic profile. It is like opening a pack of jelly babies! They may taste artificial but I kind of like it! That said there is a watery gap at mid palate. Water brings in a humus note.
