Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Peatreek full blast. Creosote. Seaweeds, wet pebbles. Citrussy. Lemon sherbet. Soot.
Palate: Lovely satin feel. Sweet maltiness wrapped in smoke. A mineral note(pebble again). And the fresh tangy touch of citrus.
Finish: Refreshing,on mint,smoke and lemon.
Comment: An enticing dram. With this soft and tender malty heart. Reminds me of an Ardbeg. The dram which takes you to the shore on a mild winter day.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Peat at the front. A massive wallop of seashores, coal dust and fence posts.
Palate: Underneath that peat lie fresh oranges and a sweet heart.
Finish: Short and crisp.
Comment: Definitely one to watch as it matures. Promises big things.
