Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Fresh cut turf, wood fire, singed lemons and a leather tobacco pouch note.
Palate: A little toffee then lemon zing and sweet notes coat the mouth.
Finish: It hangs on for a while.
Comment: Well balanced despite its youth.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Smoky and grassy. Bonfire by the beach. Dusty soot. Vanilla and coconut peep through the smoke screen. Creosote. Wet grass.
Palate: Sweet at start. Then a fizzy explosion on the tongue but the sweet maltyflavours linger. Lemon drizzle cake.
Finish: Gentle. Lemon peel aftertaste.
Comment: The profile of a well knitted young islander. Of the gentle sort. Alcohol is well mastered. Invigorating and cuddling at the same time.
