Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: A field of straw stubble drying in the sun.
Palate: Silky. Grassy. Nutty. Bean-sprouts.
Finish: Ground white pepper. Long. Lingering.
Comment: I thought the earlier, younger bottling had more vigour.
7.0
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Young slightly immature. Barley sugar/boiled sweets, slightly artificial. Water removes the harshness, leaving some peach, though the confected Irn-Bru type note remains.
Palate: Light and a little thin. There's some orange and marzipan in the middle, but its hard round the edges.
Finish: Short and a little sour.
Comment: Well enough made, just insubstantial.
