Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sylvestry. Pine needles, drying leaves in autumn. Then indoor aromas. Polished floor, orange peel. So well integrated. And complex.
Palate: Smooth, round. Mouth-coating. Very caressing feel. Medlars, autumn fruitwith custard. Soft spices.
Finish: Dry .Liquorice root. Soothing down on a dry almond note.
Comment: Like walking in a wood on a warm day and coming back home to enjoyGranny's pudding. Heart-warming.
8.7
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Seems young. Some dried grasses and a cabbagey note with hint of dried flower. Light raisin and a burnt, coppery edge. Slightly plain.
Palate: Estery, rum & raisin to start with a thick centre. Young.
Finish: Gentle and soft.
Comment: Decent dram but seems a tad dolled up.
