Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mature and fruity with raisin,fruit pie,straw,malt loaf,dunnage warehouse,lightly fungal yet stillfresh. Lightly smoked,rich thick fruits,waxed floors.Complex.
Palate: Thick, firm and dry with gripping tannins. Opens slowly.Big, mushroom/truffle notes. No water needed, but time is vital.
Finish: Becomes sweeter and more gentle. Touch of vanilla pod and dried orange peel.
Comment: Slow,elegant and complex.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Deep, warm. A citrussy kaleidoscope. Gingerbread.Candied orange. Bergamot. Cedar. A distant scent of burning embers.Orange custard.
Palate: Silky. Round, luscious; the citrussy profile blooms, framed by an elegant oak dryness.
Finish: Harmonious, oak driven in a delicate way. A pleasant peppery dust feel.
Comment: A rich, rewarding wintery dram. Amazing balance.
