Tasting notes
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Some tingly white pepper hits first, with dried ginger, sour cherries, rosewater, a little mocha and lime zest. With water, a touch of chopped hazelnut begins to develop.
Palate: Quite spicy with liquorice, into more floral Turkish Delight notes, some malty cereal, a vaguely medicinal note and more lime zest.
Finish: Clean, with a juicy/zesty citrus lingering more abundantly than anything else.
Comment: Not immediately complex, but vibrant and pleasing enough on the palate to give a few moments of delight.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fruity but with the nose of a young spirit. Fresh, citrussy. A cereal note with a touch of yeast. Cider apple. A green grassy aroma.
Palate: Sweet and round. No alcohol burn. But this new make character again. Pear drop. Slightly fizzy.
Finish: Short, dry and fizzy.
Comment: Either a young whisky or a whisky matured in a tired cask. Not unpleasant but too thin. I can imagine it in a granité or as a thirst quencher in summer with lots of ice.
