Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty and grassy. Drying hay. Honey and butterscotch. Lemon peel. Freshand zesty. Getting creamier in time.
Palate: Crisp and dry but sweet. Minty fudge, orange curd. Then drying with touchesof ground ginger.
Finish: Dry and spicy. Refreshing.
Comment: An interesting dram. The palate is lighter than expected but fresh and lively. Perfect companion for a fruit salad with a ginger icecream.

Palate: Quite restrained and gentle. Cooked oranges and lemon zest. Sweet likepineapple juice and ginger cake.
