Tasting notes

Taster Ian Buxton

Nose: Very little on nose. Straw?
Palate: Raw, sharp, spirity. Unduly assertive.
Finish: Harsh and spirity, blessedly short.
Comment: Not very inspiring.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Fresh and clean to start with an almond note. Once again though the development is poor with chemical notes emerging, this time Brasso. Dry cereal/straw behind.
Palate: Light and, once again, aggressive. Some nuttiness as well.
Finish: Chemical notes to finish. Brutally young?
Comment: A theme emerges...
