Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Pink Germolene, sultana and nutmeg cookies, burning wet wood, orange juice.
Palate: A thick and juicy texture, sweet and spicy with plenty of peat in between.
Finish: Tea tree and sweet woodsmoke.
Comment: Another region-buster and a good one too.

Taster   Owen Barstow
Nose: Sugary and unmistakably phenolic. School woodwork room aromas of pine resin and glue.
Palate: Sawdust. Charcoal. Smoky wood fires. Sweet and then bitter. A sneeze inducing pepperiness. Pleasant smoke, liquorice. Clean.
Finish: Oily, and less phenolic than the nose would suggest. Appetising smoke.
Comment: Utterly confused here, I thought I was on Speyside.
