Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Multi layered. Baker's crust,a spiced loaf,oatcakes and jam. There is adelicate floral quality too.
Palate: Stewed fruit compote with a little cinnamon edge. A lovely sweetnesswith a cereal bite.
Finish: Gently dries leaving that spiced edge.
Comment: Great balance and well put together. An dram for a good conversation.
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. Malty notes intertwined with fruit and spices. Flapjack. Cinnamon,cloved orange. Complex, refined.
Palate: Rich, velvety. Elegant malty sweetness. Lots of cooked fruit. And a full integrated spicy display. Flavours are lusciously combined.
Finish: Drying on spices. Ginger powder.
Comment: A refined and fulfilling dram. Perfect balance. Complex without ostentation.
