Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Plenty of vanilla up front, then this glorious lemon note. Key Lime pie and baked New York lemon cheese cake come to mind. A hint of cimmamon and oak too.
Palate: Has a very moreish creamy feeling to it that is then cut through with a zing of gingery lemon. Vanilla custard, and a certain nuttiness follow.
Finish: Long enough to contemplate pouring another dram.
Comment: Perfect balance and a great addition to the blending world.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet. Lemon barley water, honey and cut grass. Hint of grain? Certainly has that limey scent of high alcohol. American cream soda, apple pie and with water, mace and vanilla.

Finish: Smooth and gentle.
Comment: Exemplary blending. Try with soda or on rocks.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Vanilla kicks things off, then a lift of lemon zest, key lime pie. Very fresh asthe oak notes come through.
Palate: Plenty of vanilla custard here, with ginger and some sugared almonds. There is some oak grip too dancing on the tongue.
Finish: Long with that oak gripping.
Comment: A new pretender to the throne of blends, but great stuff from Mr Glaser.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet and integrated. Plenty of fresh lime and mint, a little cooked apple and clotted cream.
Palate: Very silky and creamy. Light in terms of the character of aromatics but beds well on the tongue. Juicy yellow plum mid palate.
Finish: Concentrated, sweet, then spicy oak.
Comment: A newcomer immediately holding its own. Has more succulent, yet soft weight than most in its style.
