Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mature and elegant with a beautiful exotic fragrance. Light resin, date, ginger, Turkish Delight.
Palate: Unctuous with a slow release of flavours. Allspice and cinnamon all the way. Baked pineapple, mint. Superb balance.
Finish: A dusting of rose petals.
Comment: Magnificent, but I hate to think of the price!
9.3
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. Rich. Toffee apple, sticky toffee pudding. Oak is well integrated. Dates and figs.
Palate: Satin like. Oily but not cloying. Toffee, chocolate, cappuccino parfait. Outburst on spices. Minty liquorice at the back.
Finish: Long, drying on oaky tones. A touch of brazil nut.
Comment: A very satisfying afterdinner dram.
