Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Crisp and refreshing with little zip of citrus and subtle floral note wafting through and a gentle smokiness.
Palate: Hits you with a big sweetness then the blanket of smoke unfurls. Bolder and complex. Very balanced.
Finish: Warming and spicy.
Comment: The perfect dram for the change of the seasons, summer to autumn.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean and fresh with delicate smoke salt and flowers (night-scented stocks) with a hint of grapefruit zest.
Palate: Sweet to start then slightly foggy smokiness covers the tongue. Oilier and juicier than the nose suggests. Smooth and balanced.
Finish: Prickly heat and light pepper.
Comment: A delicate and rather charming afternoon (or 4am) dram. Will cause a stooshie though!
