Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light and discreet with fresh cut grass and flowers. In time there's kumquat and hedge clippings, then malt loaf and charred oak.
Palate: Alight apple note to start, then a surprising depth. Great balancing mid-palate sweetness hinting at anoily quality with some caraway and pepper.
Finish: Long,gentle,fruits.
Comment: A spring meadow with dew on the grass.
