Tasting notes

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Once again alcohol is the main characteristic. High-toned and slightly soapy. Light mint, fir trees. Plastic here as well.
Palate: Quite sweet and rigidly structured. Not bad with water. A clean sweet centre suggesting a spirit which is beginning to come together, but is far from complete.
Finish: Some length and residual sweetness.
Comment: We're moving in the right direction here.

Nose: Spirity, anaesthetic, faded vanilla extract.
Palate: Flavour notes seem under-developed and overwhelmed by the spirit.
Finish: Spirit dominates.
Comment: May develop with time.
