Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Orange flower water. Soft. Honey-sweet.
Palate: Marshmallow-like. Cereal grain. Cream. Orange peels.
Finish: Faintly smoky dryness.
Comment: Seemed a little lighter all round than I remember.
8.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Gentle, discreet even. Raisin bread/pannetone, apple, light honey, peach. Toasty, lively.
Palate: Delicate with soft layers of flavour. Wood gives a good frame for the light gentle honeyed fruit. Very light.
Finish: Long, slowly fading fruits.
Comment: Understated, just a bit shy.
