Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Spicy créme brûlée, perhaps with some berry fruits.
Palate: Brandy snaps. Rich flavours of cream. Cannoli, French style cheesecake.
Finish: Gingery balancing dryness. Like a biscuit base made of crushed ginger cookies.
Comment: Sinful. Bonus points for shamelessness.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean with light cereal and fruit notes: redcurrant, dilute raspberry cordial, sloe, mint, malt. In time becomes increasingly wine-like.
Palate: Sweet, tongue-coating. Hot and peppery when neat, red fruits and a sweet attack. Balanced.
Finish: Red fruits.
Comment: Initially it's fine, but ends up more port rinse than finish.
