Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lifted and silkily fruity, imagine apple sponge and custard with a little jab of lemon and a whisper of green grass.
Palate: Significantly fatter than the nose suggests. Lots of cream, juicy fruits, a little cinnamon. Dries slightly with water.
Finish: Sweet and long.
Comment: A truly lovely summery dram whose substantial chunkiness in the middle of the tongue lifts it out of the ordinary.
8.3
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Fragrant. Citrussy. Lemon drop. Orange blossom honey. Sweet and enticing. A spicy note in the back. White pepper.
Palate: Light and nicely flowing. Lemon peel. Oak is more present on the palate than on the nose. Drying on spices. Ginger ale. Refreshing. Sweeter with water.
Finish: Spicy, slightly oaky. Clean and fresh.
Comment: A pleasant dram, well balanced and refreshing.
