Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich, oaky. Resiny. Cedar. Honey. Antique shop. Cappuccino, tiramisu. Toasted hazelnuts in caramel.
Palate: Silky, very smooth. A refined creamy delicacy. Develops on drier oaky notes but keeps it round.
Finish: Long, reluctantly fading away on toffee and nutty notes.
Comment: An enticing expression of old age. Forever young! With elegance and style.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Mature, complex and powerful. Cold tea, leather, overripe apple, fruit sugars. A lovely, mature mix of brioche, orange, dried peach, black banana, tea leaves, chocolate, almost rum and raisin.
Palate: Old but has sufficient spicy energy. Good depth of fruit, custard-like vanilla. Balanced oak.
Finish: Long sweet.
Comment: Subtle and mature. This is one of those drams you need to take hours over.
