Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Fresh. Dusty. Nutty. Slightly acidic. Dessert grapes.
Palate: Starts soft and light; then develops a chalky, gritty, cereal-grain dryness; opening into an appetising malty sweetness.
Finish: Spicy. A hint of cloves. Slightly sour.
Comment: Seems rather neutral at first, but develops engaging subtleties.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light and floral. Powdered almond, hay loft. Attractive. Water accentuates youth. Delicate and very pleasant.
Palate: Light-bodied though with a firm, nutty structure (almond, cereal.) Sweet and lemon like. A dusting of icing sugar.
Finish: Medium. Fizzy. Nuts again.
Comment: So light you should have it for elevenses.
